At MyPetMug, every mug is handmade and custom-created just for you using the photos and details you provide. Because each order is personalized, we ask that you carefully review your order before placing it.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll review your request and work quickly to make it right.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once production has begun, changes may no longer be possible.

Production Time

Each mug is handcrafted to order. Production typically takes 2–4 weeks, followed by shipping.

Shipping

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
